5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on online perya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
online perya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, provision of false registration information, or court or regulatory order.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any promotional or bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned to you net of any amounts owed to online perya, subject to applicable verification procedures.

8. Intellectual Property
